We are looking for a ML Researcher with a longer reading list is longer than your contact list, and you're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in machine learning. You'll be the oracle, sponge, and machine that drives us forward with cutting-edge research and model development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and fine-tuning of advanced ML models across domains like Reinforcement Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
• Design and implement effective Hyperparameter Optimization (HPO), cross-validation strategies, and architecture selection processes.
• Choose loss functions and optimizers tailored for specific problem sets and ensure models generalize well.
• Implement and monitor experiment tracking using tools like Tensorboard, MLFlow, or Weights & Biases.
• Develop and optimize training datasets using Hugging Face Datasets and PyTorch.
• Stay on top of evolving literature and drive new research initiatives that keep us ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ML research, with a strong foundation in model architecture, optimization, and validation techniques.
• Expertise in domains like Reinforcement Learning, Simulation, Statistical Analysis, Computer Vision, and NLP.
• Deep knowledge of modern machine learning theory, loss function engineering, and the latest advances in AI research.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management and model deployment using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, Hugging Face, and experiment tracking platforms like Weights & Biases.
